Course Summary
The SAFe® 5 Practitioner (SP) Certification course offered by Enterprise Agility Consulting is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and its core values, principles, and practices. The two-day course covers the key elements of SAFe® and how to apply them to deliver value to the customer and the enterprise. Participants will learn how to participate in Agile Release Trains (ARTs), plan and execute Iterations, and collaborate with Agile teams, stakeholders, and customers. They will also learn how to apply Lean thinking to write Epics, break them down into Features and Stories, and manage backlogs using Agile principles and practices. The course includes interactive exercises, case studies, and simulations that allow participants to apply their learning in a practical setting. Upon completion of the course, participants will be eligible to take the SAFe® 5 Practitioner (SP) Certification exam and become certified SAFe® Practitioners.
